Dori Friend- Founder and Head Geek

Upon graduating from UC Berekeley in 1984, Dori took off for the long journey to San Francicsco across the Bay and earned herself an "Employee of the Year" award for INNOVATION from then San Francisco Mayor, Diane Fienstien. In the 90's she freelanced as a visual and interface designer and worked mostly for Apple Computer, (if you owned a MAC in those days, you've seen her work!) In 2000 she read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" that taught her that even though she was making good money, she was trading her time for it (turning point!) She quit all her contracts at Apple, rode her bicycle across the US and, upon return, hit the Internet hard and never looked back.

Even though Dori has kept a low profile (and spoke at Yanik's Underground Marketer's Seminar as an "underground" SEO expert) she has become the "Go To" SEO for many of the best known marketer's. She is recognized as the leading authority on building SEO link-networks and has been honored with various awards for SEO excellence and speaking.  Other above-ground products include e-filtrate.com and TrafficKingPro.com.

Julie Darby - VP of Operations and Development

Julie showed up at one of Dori's TrafficKingPro workshops in 2006 (sent by another employer) and learned the program so quickly, she started helping other students in the workshop!! Can you say BRILLIANT!?! By the time the workshop had ended, Dori was begging her to come work for her and told her if she ever became available to let her know!

As fate would have it, Julie became SEONitro's first employee. She came with an unbelievable set of management and computer skills (from a background in retail/finance management and internet marketing project management) and is now the VP of Operations and Development, overseeing 12 other employees. Julie continues to push us all into making and delivering better products and customer service. SEONitro would not be where it is today without her. (And no you cannot have her! lol)

Julie's biggest points of pride come from developing a strong, committed staff that is deeply vested in our customers, our company and each other.  She feels that the secret to success is a highly-functioning team that supports the core values of SEONitro and she is dedicated to making sure that we all achieve our best!

Sherri LaFayette - VP of Global Human Resources and Customer Relations

Sherri is known as the "PUSHER," or "Sergeant At Arms," around the SEONitro head quarters. She has always got the bottom line to worry about and pushes the team, and especially Dori, into making their goals and objectives a reality.  Sherri comes to us with a background in customer service and relations and keeps a keen eye on keeping both employees and customers happy and balanced.

A mother of 3 teenaged girls, Sherri is a pro at gathering loose ends and wrangling creative minds (like herding cats!) in order to achieve our goals.

Her sparkling charm and charisma make her a joy to be around and it is impossible not to be carried away by her positive "can-do" attitude.  Sherri makes SEONitro a happier, more productive place in every way.  She inspires us to push harder, and always with a smile on our faces.

Dipesh - Senior Engineer

Dipesh was born in and works from Rajkot,Gujarat,India. He completed his graduation in commerce and received an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science in 2003. He started his programming carrier on 1st April 2004 and has7 years of experience with LAMP technology and about 4 years of experience with Symfony framework.  Upon coming to SEONitro, he became indespensible as our in-house developer, problem solver and all around wonderful guy.

Fara Dina Aquino- Customer Support Manager

Fara Dina Aquino, a.k.a. Dina A, is mother to a female health practitioner, a male computer scientist and two teenage boys, as well as grandmother to two little girls. She describes herself as a SuperMom, and, as such, she wears many hats and has to deal with many different things at one time. She has eagle eyes and is on top of everyone's wants and needs. She is super-organized and never misses a beat as she tackles her various duties. At the same time, she is ever ready to assist and nurture, and makes things happen. These SuperMom qualities make her a great Customer Support Manager, enabling her to foster a support environment that advocates the best possible customer experience.

Dina studied computer science and economics, and says, "Having studied computers at a time when there wasn't even a graphical user interface yet and COBOL was the 'in' thing, I am glad to have kept up with technology." In her spare time, she evaluates web search results for relevance to queries in order to ensure optimum user experience. This gives her a unique perspective of how search engines work. Prior to joining SEONitro, she provided support for a major wireless telecommunications company, a leading internet service provider, and an online enterprise that provides internet business training and software. She is in customer support because "being able to help others gives me satisfaction and fulfillment."
